Orders

We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Afterpay and PayPal.

Discount or promotional codes cannot be combined. We will always honor the better discount for your purchase.

We work hard to ensure every piece from our collections arrives to you in perfect condition.

However, in the unlikely case of an item being delivered as faulty, we request that we are notified within 14 days of delivery and we will be happy to offer repair, replacement, or refund options. Please email an image of the fault, along with your Proof of Purchase (ie. order number) to hello@strayed.co for further review. 

We understand some pups may get excited with our items and chew them up. Unfortunately, this is not considered a part of regular wear and tear, and isn't a defect on our part. Feel free to reach out to hello@strayed.co to see what we can do for you.

You can change or cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible to make any changes.

All promo codes are available for a limited time and while supplies last. Expired codes are no longer valid and cannot be used.

Shipping

All orders are processed within 1-2 Business Days. However, our dispatching facility operates from Monday-Friday 9 AM - 5 PM. If you order on a Friday, it will be dispatched within next 3-5 days.

Yes! International freight will be provided by DHL EXPRESS. International freight will be provided by DHL Express. 

New Zealand - Flat rate of $25.00 (DHL Express). Delivery within 2-7 business days.
USA, Canada, Mexico- Flat rate of $35.00 (DHL Express). Delivery within 2-7 business days.
All other International locations - Quote will be estimated at checkout based on delivery address. Please allow 2-7 business days for your parcel to arrive via DHL Express.

Accidentally put down the wrong address? Contact us as soon as possible to make any changes. Once your order has been received and dispatched, we can not alter address details and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend if it is returned to sender. However, we will do whatever we can to help so email us at hello@strayed.co we’ll see what we can do.

STRAY-ED does not cover taxes or duties for international shipping. International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country. In the event where a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, DHL will attempt re-delivery. If DHL and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by DHL's cut-off time, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused. Alternatively, if our team are able to return your parcel back, any return costs will be the responsibility of the customer and deducted from the refund total.

Returns & Exchange

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • Your original receipt & order number must be provided as proof of purchase.
  • The item(s) must be in original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Be cautious when trying on to prevent marking the leather.
  • Sale items and items sold on promotion are non-refundable. A store credit will be issued if you choose to return any sale purchases.
  • Direct exchanges are only available for Australian customers and are offered on sizes only, otherwise a store credit will be issued to you to make a repurchase.
  • Personalised items like the alphabet letters for our Signature Collar cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • If you claim a free gift/s with your order and return your items for a refund, the free gift/s must also be returned.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

STRAY-ED reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by STRAY-ED.

Within Australia

You will be required to pay for your shipping costs if you return your order for a refund. We will deduct a flat rate of $15.00 returns fee from your order as the handling fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you opt to exchange your item, kindly note that the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping fees to our facility. Upon receiving the item in its original condition, we will promptly dispatch the requested new size to you, and we will cover the shipping costs for this exchange. Please note: our exchange policy allows for a one-time exchange only. For a second exchange, a $15 exchange fee will be deducted from the order.

International

You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order, we do not cover international return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as STRAY-ED takes no responsibility in tracking your return. 

For customers located in the United States, we recommend using USPS for the most economical return back to Australia.

Within Australia

You will be required to pay for your shipping costs if you return your order for a refund. We will deduct a flat rate of $15.00 from your refund.

If you return your item for an exchange we will waive the cost of return shipping and provide a return shipping label complimentary. 

International

You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order, we do not cover international return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as STRAY-ED takes no responsibility in tracking your return. 

For customers located in the United States, we recommend using USPS for the most economical return back to Australia.

Exchanges are only available for Australian customers within 14 days of purchase. For international customers, please submit a return for a store credit, which can be used to repurchase another item.

We apologise if an item you have received is not what you ordered. Please email hello@strayed.co along with your order number. 

Upon receiving, your items will be checked to make sure they meet the conditions above, and once cleared, you will receive a refund or credit note for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. If you paid with a gift card, you will be refunded to that same gift card and will be able to re-use the original unique code towards your next purchase.

You will receive email notification of the status of your refund once finalised. We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. We are not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.

Please note: If you paid import duties or taxes on an item that you have returned and would like a Credit Invoice to provide to your customs office please contact us at hello@strayed.co

Individual product pages have lots of useful information including photos, features, care instructions, and size guides. If you have additional questions, please contact us at hello@strayed.co (with some cute pup pics probably!)

We’ve worked hard to create a set of essentials that are durable and lasting so we offer a limited 1 year warranty on our products. If during this period, any of our products fail to function properly due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. We try to keep our classics in stock year-round. For our more seasonal items, we cannot guarantee they will be restocked. You can however visit the product page of any sold-out item, select the size and colour, and enter your email address to be notified when/if the product becomes available again.

Having a pet gets messy, but all of our items are designed to be easy to clean. For more detailed care instructions are listed on each product page.

For now, our products are available exclusively through our website. But, we’ll be announcing exciting retail partnerships very soon.

All our products are designed in Melbourne and manufactured by a female-owned factory in China which we chose because of its high-quality craftsmanship and commitment to team ethics. That means prioritising quality, worker safety, fair wages and benefits, and minimising environmental impact.

 As a general rule of thumb, we recommend sizing up if your dog is in-between sizes. Refer to our size-guide for comprehensive sizing recommendations.
