As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, all of our items are protected by a limited one-year warranty.
Limited One-Year Warranty:
Our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If during this period, any of our products fail to function properly due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, normal wear, sea water, and tear, or damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications. The warranty also does not cover damage caused by chewing or other destructive behaviour by your pet.
Claim Process:
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team by email hello@strayed.co. We may require proof of purchase and photographs of the product in question to verify the defect. If the product is determined to be defective or isn’t performing as it should within a year of purchase, we’ll repair or replace them free of charge.
Disclaimer:
Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product, and we shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages, arising from the use or inability to use our products.
