International freight will be provided by DHL Express. 

New Zealand - Flat rate of $25.00 (DHL Express). Delivery within 2-7 business days.

USA, Canada, Mexico - Flat rate of $35.00 (DHL Express) under $250, Free shipping over $250+*. Delivery within 2-7 business days. 
All other International locations - Quote will be estimated at checkout based on delivery address. Please allow 2-7 business days for your parcel to arrive via DHL Express.

Note: While we do our best to have your order delivered within the listed timeframes above, we are not able to guarantee an exact delivery date. Couriers may, particularly during peak times, experience delays outside of our control. We're constantly working with them to have orders arrive within the given timeframe. If your order is time sensitive, we recommend selecting express shipping. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & TAXES

Please note: International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. In accordance with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly. If the receiver refuses to pay taxes and duties, the item(s) will be returned to sender and the order will be refunded, excluding the return and original shipping fee.

In the event where a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, DHL will attempt re-delivery. If DHL and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by DHL's cut-off time, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused. Alternatively, if our team are able to return your parcel back, any return costs will be the responsibility of the customer and deducted from the refund total.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW - AU ORDERS

Delivery times are stated in business days. 

*Please note, STRAY-ED is not responsible for any delays caused by couriers, especially during high volume seasons. However, these are the best delivery estimations available and are quite reliable and quick. Further, items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying shipping times.

All Australia Post parcels are signature on delivery with authority to leave. This means you’re welcome to sign for your parcel at delivery, otherwise if Australia Post determine there is a safe place for the parcel, it can be left at the address - Australia Post will record a proof of delivery in this instance.

If the receiver gives the courier authority to deliver without a signature or the receiver gives the courier authority to leave, STRAY-ED is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing. Further, STRAY-ED will not be able to refund or resend the parcel. We appreciate your understanding.

 

STOLEN PARCELS

It is the customer's responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. STRAY-ED is not responsible for any stolen or missing parcels once an order has been delivered to the nominated address. 

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. Once your order has been received and dispatched, we can not alter address details and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend if it is returned to sender.

Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the given Postal Service. Replacements or refunds will not be given for products missing or damaged in transit.
